As all of you know the greatest hit pack was given out for free for people who logged on the 27th and I had more important things to do and missed it. So I decided to spend 10 real dollars thinking that the fact that I spent 10 whole dollars on it that it would give me helljumper or mark 4 but nope!! They gave me the stupid mark 5 that wasn’t even a mythic, a dumb assasination, 2 Osiris skins, and a blue team skin. Of all the packs I’ve paid money for this was the worst. 343 you better give me my money back or give me something good. I could’ve spent my money on something more important but I chose the pack because I thought I’d get something good. I have yet to see how you’ve managed to scam us so bad 343
It gives you a chance of something Ultra Rare or higher. You not getting what you wanted has nothing to do with 343, you shouldn’t get refunded anything.
You’re SR110. You should know that the req system is nothin but random. It’s always a gamble. You can’t just get a refund. And your helljumper? You’ll get it soon enough. It’s only more satisfying when you grind for it.

It said it gives you 5 things of Ultra Rare or higher quality.
You got 5 things of Ultra Rare or higher quality.
Nowhere did it guarantee giving you Helljumper.
You made your mistake, deal with it and stop complaining. 343i didn’t scam you at all.
The fact that you admitted this isn’t the first pack you bought in this game means you should have known it gives you everything random.

Never once has any pack guaranteed any particular item. you assuming it did was your fault not theirs. every pack they have ever offered clearly states that they are random stuff of a certain level. if you buy ANYTHING that is offering random stuff just because you don’t get what you wanted doesn’t mean you get a refund.

Sorry you’re dissatisfied, but these products are clearly labeled and it seems like consumer responsibility would dictate you research your purchase more thoroughly.
Take it as a learning experience. Do more research before your next purchases. Come out better for the experience
The pack guarantees only 5 items. I don’t know how many Ultra Rare-Mythics you had before opening it, but when you open one of these packs (Or any REQ’ED pack for that matter), just remember this.

These req packs aren’t much different than a pack of baseball cards or football cards or those magic cards. just because you buy a pack and don’t get the player or cards you want doesn’t mean you get a refund.
Lmfao, I’m sorry you wasted your 10 dollars on this pack. It costs 100,000 REQ points but even if I had the points, i would have used them on Silver/Gold packs.

Please realize that you don’t always get what you want and should’ve known better than to spend REAL money on that pack, instead working for 100,000 req points.
I take it based on your post that you have paid money for packs before. If you have not realized by now that paying cash for these packs is a waste, I don’t know what to tell you
