Just as the title states, I only just realised that I’ve finally unlicked everything in Halo 5.
Except that cool Archilles armor (or whatever you call it). And wuite possibly some items that are only purchasble.
That being said, it’s taken me ever since release date to unlock everything and I’m a pretty darn regular player.
Do I think it was worth it? Well, it’s satisfying to look back and look at what I’ve accomplished so far with the game. Hali 5, desoite its heartbreaking campaign (I’m still hoping 343 will at least add new campaign missions to make Halo 5 a better story), I’m proud to say Halo 5 has certainly given me some of the best memories of my gaming life.
If anyone can tell me how to unlock the Archilles armour I’d appreciate that. I’ve looked it up before and it just sounds so complicated it’s unfair that someone like me who soent so much of my time devoted to this gane might never be able to have one of the most obviously coolest armours.
Anyway, I’m about to play Halo Wars 2 now. It’s been a while since I’ve played so wish me luck on the battlefield. Meow!

Your SC must complete the first three kill commendations to get the armour, then complete all five levels of the kill commendations to get the helmet. It is a long grind. But fun is to be had along the way.

Wow SR144! Man it takes a long time to unlock everything nowadays with everything added.
Anyway, your company with 5 members is never going to unlock it. There is too much involved with all the kill commendations for only 5. You need to do one of two things. Join another company that has close 100 members, and is actively working towards the armor, or start actively recruiting people on the Spartan Company forums and elsewhere to help build up your numbers.
Either way it will be your next big “challenge” to finish, and I don’t fully understand how you can be in the game so long and not know how to unlock it.
Now you can look forward to really cheap RP… 4000 for golds and 2000 for silvers.
Like Dax stated. With 5 players it’s a no way situation for Achilles. You have to finish all the kill commendations to get it and numbers for each go up exponentially with each level completed.
Well technically you can say you finished the pack grind I am guessing. Since you are a SR144 you don’t have all the emblems yet, also Achilles through your Spartan company. So now starts your XP grind to unlock the emblems.
Congrats on the unlocks. I also unlocked it all a while back (apart from the Achilles and some waste-your-money types) but that’s it for me. I wasn’t necessarily looking to do so, I just enjoyed opening hard earned REQ packs when I had the points to do so, to see what I could dress my Spartan in and to gain weapons and vehicles etc…
For me it has been mostly the game play, the REQs are just an added dimension to the game experience in my opinion. Having said that, they also provide power weapons and vehicles that are often essential in various scenarios… I think I had in mind the armours, helmets and weapon skins when I first said that.
I have to admit though, I did go off the boil a bit once I’d earned everything that I could and realised that I have just been stacking up hundreds of thousands of REQ points now, and at rank 145 it will take me more time than I can estimate to reach 146. I thus realise the truth in the ideology that the REQ system does provide some motivation to play, it gives some players a personal aim so to speak, and without that it could feel a bit like an anticlimax?
Now I’ve unlocked everything it’s really down to the game play… So a huge congrats for your achievement (it’s actually pretty cool isn’t it?) and let’s all suit up and have some fun kicking some Promethean and Covenant butt!
