I´ve a problem w/ the mater chief controller code

I redeem the code that comes with the Limited Edition Master Chief Controller and when i go to the game (Halo 5 Guardians) the “Promotional REQ Pack” it doesn´t appear anywhere, i restart the game, the console, uninstalled the pack and installed again, go to the pack from “Manage Game” and open it from there and the pack just doesn’t appear in the game, appear installed in the console. Help please.

I already called and they send me here cause it appear installed in my account but in the game i don’t receive anything :frowning:
