I used the voices req pack and didn't get them

I resently bought the announcers pack from the microsoft store and used the pack in game but it gitched out so i can’t rebuy the pack and I don’t have the voices. what should i do?

First step I’d suggest would be to check your req collection on here and see if they appear or not.
