Not true. It is just incredibly rare for that to happen. I’ve gotten ultra rare helmets in silver packs on two occasions

No it’s a glitch, I got the same thing plus the AA Wraith immediately after in a silver, which is an UR, then a rare req didn’t unlock from silvers, even tried an extra pack just in case. The only time this has happened to me was from a confirmed glitch a while back.

Says in the description “up to Rare” so it shouldn’t, but you definitely can’t get Legendary weapons/vehicles out of it. That at least is definitely a glitch.
I would call shenanigans on this but seeing how the reqs are a bit bugged, no picture appearing on them, I guess it’s possible. but still don’t believe it. not that it really matters anyways. I just can’t wait to try it out. can’t decide should I try it out in firefight first or regular warzone.
Same here, also got the AA Wraith with a silver pack. The AA Wraith is awesome!
It’s a glitch, along with many of the new REQ items not having icons. It might get patched soon. They might leave it in as a pleasant surprise though.

same, it was my third silver pack, I also got the skulls and roses dmr from a silver pack

warzone is totally different now, in a good way (for solo players to 6-man teams [rip 7man and above]) so I suggest trying there

its not as over powers as people first thought, its really inaccurate at long range
