You just sorta sound like a know it all who can’t read dates on the posts. I hold no Ill feeling towards you. You just sound kinda silly barking about one one irrelevant thing on the post. My goal wasn’t to goat you into commenting on the single item stuff… it was to get my overall thoughts out there after a mod stomped on them the day I posted them 14 days ago, post was un-locked, I posted on it. Another reason for doing this is to show how slow they respond to mod power abuse

I mean I didn’t read the date of the post because when I saw it appear, it had like, 5 posts and I assumed it was new because you’d just commented on it. Hence the whole kerfuffle. But since it’s an old post, I don’t care all that much about the single item discussion.
That’s fair. The moderation on the forum needs some work.
I’m sure in 1-2 years it will be really good even, but it’s clear they need to overhaul a lot of the code to make things more back end friendly. A lot of live service games have multiple events going on.
This game can’t adjust a cosmetic item that was incorrectly aligned for 3 more months and released two almost identical samurai armors. They should be popping out new colors for armor daily for free…
I mean honestly, it’s a color wheel, it shouldn’t be complicated to get Spartans a little more unique. Half the games I go into are default or free armor
I’m more worried about functionality than this highway robbery crap. Server issues should have been fixed in dec… it’s just a really bad sign imo. If the next big team patch fails again this game will bleed out

I agree, it’s lazy development, problem is how do we know for sure this is all 343s doing or Microsoft as a whole. I said there’s a color wheel before and we should have access to it so we can really be unique. Unfortunately with the store, it hasn’t really changed or have prices really “lowered”. Especially being caught removing items to lower the price

I just find it really odd that they can’t be popping items out left and right, it should literally be as easy as coloring your Spartan in halo 3, slapping a fake name on it, and saying here’s Tuesday’s daily reward or whatever.
They either need to give the player the power or the admins need to be popping out content like nobodies business

What I don’t understand is why they just don’t have an open store with plenty of basic items to buy, helmets, colors/designs, and armor effects. Then have a rotation of special things that can be time limited or higher design styles that go on rotation with a daily or weekly sale. I’d be way more willing to spend money on the actual things I wanted instead of bundles of crap I’d never touch just so they get that extra dollar. It’s poor practice and poor treatment of it’s fanbase
When I saw the odst helmet I thought it was over priced but I figured they’d do the same thing with the Anubis helmet (changing it daily)

I suspect they have a batch of content that passed certification for launch and they’re holding off on injecting assets until the next certification (which sounds like it won’t be until season 2). They’re reselling bundles and individual items; the store has had quite a few duplicate entries, which makes the entire “time limited” store look really bizarre. The only reason I can imagine they’d do this is that all these assets were completed prior to November and they haven’t added more since then.
