I played some Spartan Ops the other day. I was tired, it was dark, and accidentally loaded disc 2 instead of disc 1. So I took it out, put disk 1 in, fired up Halo 4, and when the game started all my loadouts had been reset to the defaults. The names were mine, but they all had default configurations. I could have sworn they fixed that a while back. What’s up?
It happened to me too. Go to page 365 of the ‘Known Issues’ and read my post (second one on the page). Then scroll down and you’ll find a suggestion from a monitor to maybe solve the problem.

I checked your post. That’s something else. I only lost my loadouts.
well, they did not. it is a randomly occuring bug.
Is it really that hard to remake your loadouts? My guest does that almost everyday…

Being able to do it again doesn’t make it any less annoying.

Exactly this. It’s not a huge deal, and it only takes a few minutes to redo them all, but it’s one of those things that shouldn’t happen, you know?
