In my experience it usually come out about an hour from now, sometimes later, so I see no reason for frustration at this point.

Honestly, it’s not that late for the Bulletin. If it’s not out in another hour or two, then you can say it’s late.

so I was checking the past bulletins and the last one was released at 18:00 or 6pm. No other bulletin in the past has been released after that and has been as early as 12:00.

I don’t know if the time stamp is even accurate or relevant however.

I am in PST so it’s 9pm.

I know its really no big deal, I am just looking forward to it.
