Why is the promised time of update releases on halo wars 2 not happening anymore? It has been at least a week overdue since the time they said monthly updates would release! Also disappointed that Halo 5 was promised to have monthly updates and only had it two or three months in a row… Then we had to wait months in-between. This especially is frustrating because the back of the halo 5 case literally states that there would be monthly updates. And we were promised that for one year after release… Rip 
Halo 5’s monthly updates were only set for eight months following its release. I don’t recall there ever being a concrete schedule for HW2 DLCs, only that there would be monthly additions.

343 long ago took back the third Wednesday deadline, but we still get DLC every month.

It was supposed to happen earlier on the second week midweek

If you’re referring to HW2, the original goal was the third Wednesday of every month. 343 soon recognized that that wasn’t a realistic expectation so now we still get DLC every month (ending in August) just without a known deadline.
