Can someone translate? I got lost about 2 seconds into reading it. Despite this I’m still going to try and break down what you said and respond correctly. So sorry if some of your points are missed or misconstrued. So, I think you’re complaining about rushes, and bad teammates. So I’m gonna respond to these topics, sorry again if they’re not what you intended to write about.

Ok, rushes are not gamebreakinig. I’ve said before, many others have said it before, and I along with those others will say it again. Rushing is easily preventable. You just have to scout, see the rush coming so you can prepare. 2-2 1/2 minutes of preparation can halt and even demolish an early rush. Snipers, investing in certain leader powers if necessary, and having turrets can stop any rush. Besides it’s not cheap either. It’s a legitimate strategy, just another play style.
The topic about bad teammates is also controversial but here are my thoughts on it. It sucks to be matched with teammates worse than you but you can’t complain. You are the one going into a team game with less than the required amount of players in your fireteam. You are the one who made this choice, not the random. It’s the risk you take when going into a team mode. You have good teammates, and bad ones. If you don’t like it then play with friends or go into a playlist/gamemode that doesn’t requires teammates.

Are you saying that people are rushing more since the update?
I don’t think that any building-killers got buffed.
If you’re getting rushed a lot, scout and make counters/turrets.
This update definitely did more good than it did bad. If you’re struggling with rushing you need to scout and coordinate with your teammates more.
Best Balance since Release. Forge is a little bit OP, but good Balance.

enforcers and brute hammers got a small cost decrease but that was a long time ago
Honestly the patch made me enjoy the game a bit more now. Pavium is my play style, Defenseive all the way and can kind of hit hard.
Of course I don’t like rushing as much as the next guy but when I do it, its fun. Pavium defends any rush without much struggle because all he has to do is stand in the back and unleash Armageddon on Flamer balls and then he has Verteancy 1 from it.
Even without me going what people still think is a Broken Brute Leader, I think he’s balanced now.
2 AI Turrets from UNSC defends AB rushes with no worry, even if its from Forge.
Most players that complain about rushes don’t build jack untill its to late and they die.
