I think players will purchase these Bundles if this is thrown in the Shop

I think almost every Halo player can collectively agree that we’re not fans of the whole Armor Coating system that was implemented into Infinite. It limits players’ ability to customize their Spartan drastically. Since Armor Coatings are here to stay, I decided to design these two bundles, that if added into the shop, would definitely sell. The devs pointed out that during the older Halo games, only a few color combinations were being selected by players; color combinations with Black and White being the most common. Therefore this is what I came up with:

  • 1 Black Primary Colored Armor Coating Bundle with multiple different Secondary Colors

  • 1 White Primary Colored Armor Coating Bundle with multiple different Secondary Colors

I believe this will give players a larger variety of customization and also works well with the coating system. Let me know what you guys think about the coatings! :slight_smile:

I’d want better armour options but yeah if I was to buy something then it would only be on that basis and only if it was a reasonable price. My colours are black and gold, but there’s no way I’m buying the HCS pack which can’t be customised.

My colors are white and purple. Since all we have had was white and cyan with the ZVEZDA Bleached Bone bundle, that’s the closest I can get. Also, there is no white for Mark V or Yoroi, so I can’t even look like my Reach Spartan.

Since 343 decided to turn our WCT ARMOR COATINGS into WCT AR COATINGS like we wouldn’t notice, and ALSO NOT GIVE US THE WCT VEHICLE COATINGS WE REDEEMED, I also am still missing a white and purple Mark VII and Warthog.

So yeah, I’d buy a white and purple coating if they put it in a white coating bundle.

Yea that was a huge missed opportunity to block customization of the HCS Skins. With the edits I made I was hoping for a bundle that gave players a skin for 100 CRs. So if 343i decided to put 7 different Black variant coatings in a bundle, I believe 700 CRs is a reasonable price.

There’s literally only 3 white armor coatings in the game smh.

I’m literally just waiting for them at start adding more coatings in that’s not Blue, Red or Black, because the entire time all they’ve ever put in that damn store are those Colours, I just want White, why is it so hard to ask for just a simple colour

I’d imagine it would have bits of green like the AR Coating ended up with

Unfortunately we will never know, since the Armor Coating and Vehicle Coating was turned into an AR Coating when the game launched, for no good reason

I think that they should add something like this. Especially for Mark V [B] since it has been so depraved of coatings since Hazop. Another feature I would like is primary color customization for campaign purchasers (or primary/secondary)
