So I was trying to get into the passenger seat of my gungoose, and it wouldn’t let me, no matter how long I held down the X button!
Why did that happen? Has this happened to anyone else?
A few times. I assumed it was possessed by a demonic spirit and I proceeded to put it out of it’s misery.
I’ve never experienced anything like that before. My guess is that it’s a one time thing.
It appears that somehow you were ‘exploded’ off of your gungoose and the game didn’t know what happened. Then again, I’m not a professional, so I wouldn’t take my word as gospel.

if I were you, I would have freaking rage quite when that knight killed me, especially after that glitch. That’s just a bummer.

Come to think of it, the only time it happens is in a base since that is the only time I do that trick. Your explanation is as good as any.

Well it flipped over because I was going nuts with the grenades and one landed next to me

Yeah, it was just me in there. By the way, we lost the garage before I was even able to respawn. And then I decided to stop playing for a while. So yeah

How did you do that if you couldn’t get in?
I have noticed this happen a few times as well. My take on it is the vehicle is actually destroyed server-side but still looks functional client-side (your xbox) which is why it gives you the client UI option to enter but the server refuses to actually let you.

That sounds plausible. But I wonder what would cause those to get out of sync.
