I love the Carbine but, man, it’s just not worth it.
Yesterday, I finally discovered the reason why I feel so much less accurate with the battle rifle than I do with the DMR: the upwards recoil on the battle rifle is permanent; that is, if you continue to fire the battle rifle, your reticle will climb the screen and will not return to its original place. The upwards recoil on the DMR, however, is only transient, and requires no adjustment. I didn’t think it would make such a big difference, but it does.

The Carbine is such a piece of -Yoink-. I don’t care what the “You just don’t know when/how to use it!” crowd says…its worthless.
Unless you are cleaning up kills, its garbage. Just doesn’t kill fast enough and has literally no room for error…

its worthless because you actually have to aim the gun instead of putting it in the area of an enemy. I use it because it has least magnetism and also I like semi auto weapons.
It certainly looks and sounds better than the DMR.

me too . people speak about them as if you go into a battle with another player at exactly the same time and fire the shots at the exact same time and hit every shot. I roll the br all day and usually get the first two shots off before they even see me anyway… Weapons aren’t a big deal if you have sick tactics…BR for life…unless I need range then I cheat on him…
