I have gotten a couple of the 500 REQ cards, but I am not getting the Nadir emblem.
Is something wrong? Do I do something incorrect?
EDIT: It seems my information may have been out of date.
The kind folks at r/halo have been telling me that it may have been a bug ti get Nadir this way in the first place.
Was most likely fixed in a January update.

Did anything change on how to get the Nadir emblem?
Bronze packs are giving me common 500 req point backs an no more permanent items.
I have now gone to opening silvers.
EDIT: Do I need to get the Rare Knightblade AR and the Ultra Rare Longshot Bayonet AR to then get the emblem?
Some emblems are awarded by completing an achievement or something along those lines; not just by purchasing REQ packs.
If you are certain you can get it through a REQ pack then lets do an analysis here:
Bronze Packs award you with a chance at a permanent unlock and it will only be of Common rarity.
Silver Packs award you with 2 permanent unlocks, always, and it will range from Common to Rare.
Gold Packs award you with 2 permanent unlocks, always, and it will range from Common to Legendary.
If the emblem is common, use Bronze or Silver. Don’t use Gold because it is expensive and the range is too large.
If Uncommon or Rare, use Silver packs.
If Ultra Rare or Legendary, use Gold packs.
I’ve read getting Nadir emblem requires unlocking all common permanents. So that’s all common armors, helmets, assassinations, stances, visors, weapon skins, certifications, and emblems. Oh, and probably all the common Warzone loadout weapons. I noticed you seem to be missing the Frost visor and some Athlon armor/helmets. And the Griffin emblem.

Well there you go. So you need to keep purchasing Bronze or Silver packs until you get you start getting your REQ points back. That is the sign that you’ve received everything Rare and below (assuming you’re buying Silvers, if you buy Bronzes, you will get RP points back when you have everything Common). If you still have some Commons left, they are unlocked by another means.

The Nadir emblem (Rare BTW) was stated somewhere that you receive it before Bronze starts giving you the point cards.
EG: When all commons are completed.
I believe I do have the Frost visor and the Athlon sets along with Griffin.
If you were trying to look at someone else requisitions and not 343 employed, you can’t do that on Waypoint.
I noticed this point when I was looking at a friends Service Record. If I go to your service record and click Requisitions, if shows what I have, not what you have.
EDIT: I even double checked on Waypoint on my REQ page that all commons are unlocked. (Note: I sorted by Common, which is why the numbers seem low) I am coping directly the numbers from those pages.

Interesting observation. Well, that debunks my theory. I was going by what was available on the internet about Nadir. If that info doesn’t solve your issue, perhaps the true nature of unlocking Nadir is unknown.
I have a similar issue.
I finished with bronze packs but the game ate the last one (which probably had the emblem). any idea how to get in contact with someone who could help?

Reddit found Nadir to be unlocked when you finish unlocking all by Bronze REQ means.
I don’t know if that changed.
One thing that does bother me, from videos I have seen, the 500 REQ card was Green(Uncommon) at some point. Mine are Gray(Common).
I’ll see about cross posting to reddit if they know anything different.
