I was saving my week 5 REQ packs for when I finished getting silvers (I opened 1 accidentally beforehand). Going into week 6 I thought my REQ packs would stack, so I’d have 3 rather than 1. I went through the whole week without them, now it’s Monday, I opened up that other pack last week, and I’ve still not received my week 6 packs.
I’d appreciate it if someone in your staff could figure out what’s going on.
(extra weird thing: it also shows the WPP offer in the REQ store sometimes, but I can’t buy it again so at least that part works.)
I have had the same issue I haven’t received the packs as I did mine as a pre dl because the console was released on the 20th instead of the 27th and you could dl everything in advance the required pack thing does exactly the same thing on my required pack store it appears every so often won’t let me do anything with it then disappears this issue is frustrating as well especially when your a huge halo fan Microsoft said it’s a known issue keep telling me they are going to fix it then turn around and pass the buck back to 343 even though in the end they are the same company just return the 25 and people can use it on gold packs and be happy but it doesn’t seem to happen
