So I went into this season with a stockpile of season points (67 by the time the update dropped and 60 after clearing this week’s exchange), so I went into the battle pass and spammed A to quickly clear it out, as I normally do with my stockpile with any new season. This time around, I’ve been getting error messages a couple of items in my spam, maybe I was spamming to quickly, and a difficult as it was to get the unlock to go through, it eventually did, and I was still able to unlock other items in that level in the meantime. This would repeat for 5 levels, to the point where it literally won’t unlock the prefect chest piece (tier 47). It opens the window to unlock and even does the normal sound effect when it unlocks, but it’s still not unlocked (at least it’s not spending points). I’m currently sitting on 12 season points (one from clearing the firefight challenge to see if earning another point will make any different; it didn’t) with one item that refuses to unlock, blocking me off from any later unlocks. Nothing like this has happened to me, and I’ve tried restarting the app AND my console trying to fix it, and it still won’t work. Did I do something wrong? Is this a new bug? Is there anything I can do?
I’m having the same issue with a different item. There are some more threads posted with similar problems. Please submit a ticket through halosupport so they know how many people are experiencing this issue.
