So I went to open a silver pack expecting to get some armor or something equivalent to that when I heard the sound of happiness and applause and low and behold I unlocked the Legendary ONI Gauss Turret from a SILVER pack. Has this happened to anyone else or did I just break Halo 5?

Huh, that’s interesting. I have never seen this happen and I am still wondering how I unlocked a Legendary item through a silver pack.

No, because I unlocked some rare emblems after that pack. Plus, silver packs shouldn’t give you any Legendary items period. I think rare is as high as it usually goes. I don’t know, this was just a weird, but pleasant experience.

That is true, but I have managed to get a single rare emblem from a bronze pack. There could be something up with some of the items and the game thinks they belong there possibly? Anyways congrats.

I think it means you are basically done with silver packs and need to start with gold packs. Next silver pack you buy will probably have 1500 req points in, that’s what happened with me anyway.
It’s less likely but far from impossible. Pretty sure it says it unlocks uncommon and higher stuff, whereas Gold packs unlock rare and higher.
I’m pretty sure that everybody gets that from a silver pack, I did, so did my brother and a friend of mine. It all meant for us that we were done with silver packs.
You finished the silver pack exclusive items. Go to gold packs now. Ignore the bronze.
Wow, I wasn’t expecting this to be a fairly common occurrence. I thought that I was close to unlocking everything I could in silver, but I didn’t think I was THAT close. I guess it’s on to gold packs I go.
