So today at gamestop my friend who works there let me try out Halo 4 on one of the consoles they have for people to play.It was a dream come true,the game is amazing and i just played forge.
So the weapons are amazing,I activated the other controller to try the kill times and weapons and here is what I got
UNSC
AR-Much better than reach’s,sound amazing too.
DMR-It dosent seem OP but it sounds OP ,it shoots a little faster than the BR.
BR-Im using this one,it is equal to the DMR according to the test I did on another player but it shoots a bit slower than the DMR and isn’t to great at long range.
Magnum-a little slower than the one in reach.
SAW-IM THE JUGGERNAUT -Yoink-! Feels awesome.
Rocket Launcher-Feels the same as the past games,The rocket travels pretty slow though.
Shotgun-Better than the scattershot damage wise,Can’t wait to shoot some flood with it!
Sniper Rifle-The same old sniper rifle,2 shots to the body 1 to the head,but sound 7x better.
ARC920-Insane,Its a mix between a rocket launcher and a Gauss hog turret.
Sticky Detonator-Much better than the Reach launcher,no EMP though.
Covenant
Beam Rifle-My second favorite weapon in the game,the good old halo 2-halo 3 sniper.
Carbine-I’ll be using this in my loadout,Seems to be the same as the halo 3 carbine.
Energy Sword My favorite weapon Hands down.Same as always
Plasma Pistol-The emp is the only useful feature without it its very weak,EMP charge sound is awesome.
Storm Rifle-Favorite Auto-Rifle,Takes out shields likeabau5
Concussion Rifle-2-3 Shot kill,sounds amazing
Fuel Rod Gun-Same old FRG but sounds better
Gravity Hammer-CAN NOT WAIT TO PLAY GRIFBALL!
Needler-A little OP for a needler,very quick kill.
Promethean
Light Rifle-Feels awesome to use it but the DMR is going to over power it,it is amazing at long range.
Surpressor-Takes out shields the same as the AR does but takes out health really fast.
Binary Rifle-1SK From anywhere,Slow firing and smal clip though.
Incinerator Cannon-The first time I missed a direct hit and the projectile bounced and killed the other player,holy -Yoink-…
Boltshot-1 word Mauler. Pretty useless if your not using the charged shot.Charged shot is a 1SK from close range but unlike the PP,it will fire if you charge it for too long
Scatter shot -2SK and feels weaker than the shotgun but shoots really fast.
I love the weapons.Now the vehicles.
Mantis-MANTIS STOMP!!!1!!! The chain-gun rips up banshees and other vehicles but the rockets don’t track down.Very balenced.
Wraith-The shot is red.But it feels like a mix between the Reach and 3 wraith.
Ghost-Sounds eargasmic,shoots pretty good.
Banshee-The plasma cannons are devistating,the FRG is a little weaker than it was in reach,Tricks are slower.
Scorpion-Feels like the Halo 3 Scorpion but drives like the reach one.
Warthog-Love it,feels like the good ol’ hog in halo 3.
Mongoose-itz so cyut.I love it,its fast and a good getaway vehicle.
In conclusion,I cant wait to own this game.See everyone on the battlefield!
