The reason I am thinking this is that when 343i announced that everything will be hosted on dedicated servers I was thinking that was cool but later I put more thought into it. If customs will be hosted on dedicated servers wouldn’t that make it possible for players to simply search for games based on the server? If I host an infection custom game I may have the option to make it visible to the public and for people to join freely.
Am I the only one getting this idea or does anyone else believe this is what 343i is planning?

I feel like that would be too good to be true at this point. MCC showed that they put literally the least care into custom games, and it’ll be reliant on friending or inviting.
