Exactly. I’m saying making it vulnerable is a BAD idea for certain gametypes.

Why would a classic playlist have armor abilities.
Default Reach will stay exactly the same, save for a few minor bug fixes. There will probably be a Classic playlist with AAs, or something.
It won’t be vulnerable in all playlists, and even in the newer ones as long as you AL before you get stuck you’re fine, but after… you’re pretty much screwed no matter what. Better have a good reaction time.

Its not a classic playlist, its a new playlist that is coming around the same time as Halo CE, that is meant to bring back some elements of older gameplay (Bleedthrough, etc.).
they are fixing it… if you get stuck before you armor lock, you stay stuck and die.

Once an enemy stuck me, I ALed and then the grenade stuck his teammate. That was funny as hell. XD
