After playing a few games on Tu which I was not 100% keen on, I began to notice that
A. I was still getting TONNES of kills with the Assault Rifle and even the Plasma Repeater, and I LOVE automatics on Halo.
B. Active Camo does not clog up the radar, and is a lot more susceptible to movement E.G. faster movement, more visible.
C. Armour Lock is way weaker, a single EMP GL shot takes it out, and you can still stick people before they enter it!
D. A lot of people are happy, so that’s good!
The only ONE thing I don’t like about it is the removal of Sword-block, so now the Swordbase camper is virtually unstoppable. This one thing is, to me, a pretty big issue, as camping there was bad to begin with, but now, I can’t even jump in, block him and stick him anymore. I just have to wait until he gets ten kills and needs a new sword, by that time, obviously, our team is down a -Yoink–load of kills. That’s not really fair.
But except for this, I can now confirm that I now owe my allegiance to the TU. Whoo!
Bleed is my biggest problem with TU if it wasn’t as strong as it is then tu would have been better. but they tried to make the game like halo 3 and it didnt work rite in the end3 and they should have kept it like reach. ¤
Is it just me, or are the needier and focus rifle stronger in the TU. I think the bleed through buffed these weapons. Yes automatic weapons are better now because you can AR rush and melee.
I just want to say this : the bloom change doesnt affect the fight between a dmr and assault rifle. At close range, vanilla bloom didn’t matter at close range because the reticule was still smaller than the enemy. At long range, the assault rifle doesn’t stand a chance anyways.

I don’t miss sword block. Camping can be an issue, but team work can handle that.
I just don’t like feeling cheated out of what felt like a legitimate kill.
That being said… sword+sprint is lame. There are a couple of maps I wouldn’t mind it coming out of… (countdown…replace with GL).
