Its disgusting similarity to the modern COD franchises. Now halo 4 is going to include perks and loadouts? Weapons will no longer be in set spawn locations? This honestly worries me quite a bit. I love the halo franchise a whole lot more then the people who are going to flame be probably do but I am extremely skeptical about where this franchise is going. I’m going to remain to hope for the best though because I will always enjoy halo more then any other video game.
It wasnt that similar to CoD…

Loadouts would like to have a word with you.
Its nothing like COD…imo anyway
EDIT: okay it’s has some things borrowed but there are some things COD gets right

I’m sorry, that doesn’t make it like COD.
I didn’t see s a single thing about Perks in the ViDoc… did I miss an article or video?

Equal weapons
Progressive system
low jump height

Pretty similar to Cod

1 thing that tons of other videogames had before CoD even adopted it?

I forgot where the article was I read this on but it is floating around on the forums somewhere. Once again I’m keeping an open mind to this because the game is still in development, it’s just that hearing this on a first peek is troublesome.

Irrelevant, Reach had that Contemporary and gimmicky feel that COD has.
Supposedly there’s supposed to be some kind of perk system in which pieces of your armour have an effect on your character, everybody is freaking out but I think it’s a good idea, besides it got a Halo spin on it

Yep.
I honestly have no idea why people are freaking out about “Perks” and “Loadouts.” Halo Reach had “perks” and “loadouts” in the form of that little blue menu that popped up asking you to select your armor ability and in some cases your weapon. So yeah… nothing new. If 343 wants to tweak it and make it better, that is fine by me. Almost every FPS game has some form of Perks nowadays. Hell even the new Tribes game uses perks now and it is as skill intensive as ever, so, honestly, what is the big deal?
one thing becomes similar to cod and everybody starts b!tching yet b4 this vidoc was out you just couldnt wait for it to come out seriously how can they plz you?
