Just wondering if anyone else is finding this to be a problem, I still haven’t received recon armour since 343 made it available to everyone!
is there any criteria you have to meet in order to be entitled to it? or does it just appear randomly? if so how long would I have too wait? i’ve been playing for the past 3 days and nothing so far sadface

Just be patient, it will come eventually, it is being done in waves, it wasn’t a button flip to give everyone it at once.
