I pre-ordered and played online from release but according to Microsoft I’m not eligible for anything. I have achievements from the 11/11 up till the 18/11 yet somehow I don’t qualify. Could someone explain to me why I don’t? I really wish I had stuck with physical instead of digital because at least then I could do something about it because now I’m stuck with a game I have zero desire to play any more. It really is a pity because I loved Halo before all this happened.

We should be used to getting shafted by now.
I’m playing the battlefield beta atm, it works, it finds games and importantly zero lag on aussie servers.
Halo on the other hand…
Btw I haven’t gotten it either and not expecting to get it or odst for that matter despite playing since launch.
Hi there, the free month is still rolling out to everyone right now. Bravo recently confirmed that the roll out process is continuing into February. It will keep going until everyone has recieved it. I wouldn’t worry, if you are eligible then it will hit your account soon
