I still don't have the cards that I've unlocked.

I have opened the packs and done every that Microsoft has said but i still don’t have all the
cards still. I opened all 5 packs and it said I’ve unlocked the trooper nightingale and jermone but I look and still don’t see them I also don’t have the sniper
