I bought the season pass from gamestop, i entered the code correctly, and it even shows up in my download history, Yet i do not have access to the crimson map pack. I have already called x box live customer support, and they told me that they do not have authority over that code so i could not get a refund and i do not plan on spending more money. They told me that the only thing i can do to get access to the map packs that i have spent $20 on is to get in touch with 343 since they are the only one who can make it happen. I asked how i can do this and they told me to make a post on a forum asking for help, so here i am. Please help me i feel like i have wasted 20 dollars.
go to the halo 4 main menu, then hit xbox live marketplace, it should pop up with a download screen for the maps
First, calm down. Secondly if you’ve tried all the methods, try posting in the bugs thread.
Did you try to download the map pack yet?
The code allows you to get it for free, it doesn’t download it for you.
