Come Tuesday, not only do I expect the Crimson DLC playlist population to drop like a lead balloon. But I expect a flood of Iron Recruits hitting the forums to whine, -Yoink-, piss, and moan about how their map pass is gone, and/or how 343 is a bunch of thieves and liars.

Man, do I feel naive right about now. I figured the worst -Yoink!- that would probably happen was that 343 would release all the pre-order bonus skins at some point.
But this… this has been an eye-opener, for sure- both about 343 and the Halo community.

Frankly, I’m sad that 343 didn’t learn from Reach.

DLC Achievements tied to specific maps.
Playlists not DLC required.
One specific, soon to be a ghost town, playlist for playing on the maps you paid for.
The season pass I bought and paid for was basically just for some emblems and some hats.
Pass one my way, if you don’t mind.

Not really. The maps still show up frequently in other playlists.

So wait how are they dealing with it? I got mine through the season pass, so will I lose it? Oh well whatever it takes for them to settle their problem. I won’t be sore about it, I’m sure it’ll work out.
