To those operating the Spartan-IVs War Games simulations, I feel you are making a grievous error in leaving me out in the overseeing process. I can understand allowing a popular soldier like Edward Buck give words of encouragement to his fellow Spartans and letting the Monitor known as Exuberant Witness analyze Spartan performance could be a valuable resource, I cannot for the life of me understand allowing that Unggoy Yabda to have a role. I’m sure he is a perfectly fine specimen for his kind, but you have at your disposal the creator of the Spartan-II Program and creator of MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor. While I have been impressed by the abilities of some of the Spartan-IVs I’ve met, notable those who comprise Fireteam Osiris’ ranks and one Gabriel Thorne, I know the Fours have a long way to go before they are ready for the threats that await them out in the galaxy. If they can impress me then they will be one step closer.
Besides, after Commander Palmer contributed to me losing my arm, let’s just say you owe me one.

Chief being the good, Halsey being the ugly, and Arby possibly being the bad. Or add some colorful language as they did in Reach ads. I’m not good with names often.

I believe Dr. Halsey to be a very well-qualified for such a task. As the creator of the original Spartans and the MOLJNIR power armor, she seems more than equipped for the task.
Maybe Parangosky and Osman are in charge of deciding who announces Warzone… in which case you’re hosed.
I too would like it if you oversaw Wargames, Doc.
However, hack into the feed and phone it in, so you don’t have to do it from behind bars. You’re still wanted, after all.

In all seriousness, Halsey’s got the voice to give it to us straight in a multiplayer match. I’d be down to see her as an announcer.

Halsey’s voice has been the most irritating voice in Halo ever since they changed it to a more haughty tone in Halo 4. She sounded fine in Reach.
