It is Jul i think , the armor is different.

Seriously cool stuff right there. Haven’t fought him yet, but I’ll kick his -Yoink- pretty soon 
Do we get a medal if we out-do Locke at killing him?
Nice to have more boss variety, but he doesn’t exactly fit in. Jul was never much of a fighter and I figure as long as dead people can be used in Warzone, they should go with Ripa 'Moramee or Sesa 'Refumee.
