I recieved codes, download stopped?

Hey everyone, I am SR36 and I recieved my code, entered it via my computer and the Xbox Live website. Turned on my Xbox and the download began then stopped when I started playing the game (my bad) the notice at the bottom of the screen said “specialization Alpha download stopped”. I exited the game and went to “Active Downloads” to restart said download, none appeared. I tried to re-enter the code via my Xbox and the code no longer worked, so I already used it and it went through I guess. My question is, how do I know that the download was successful? No notice appeared at the bottom of the screen saying downloaded restarted or was completed. Do I have to wait until SR70 for the downloaded specializations to appear in the career section? I preordered, but Wetworks and Operator are still locked even after code was entered.

Questions:

  1. How do I know that the download went through?
  2. Do I have to wait until I reach SR70 for the downloaded code specializations to appear?

Any insight is greatly appreciated!

The download was not successful because you started playing.

Go to your purchase history to re-download.

Once downloaded, all specializations will be viewable.

OK I redownloaded and still nothing. Wetworks and Operator are still locked. I am SR38. HELP!

You don’t unlock them until SR 50. Then you pick one. The other will be locked until you are done with the one you picked.
