So I try to go play arena, and it says: “Not suitable for all members of your fireteam”. Ok, what does that mean? How do I get a fireteam? How do I play with randoms?? Please help. Yes, I do have Xbox live gold, and my privacy is set to adult.
Just a long shot but take a look at you xbox account settings a make sure the ability to play on line games is marked as ALLOW.

If that doesn’t work just take a long time reading through all of your account settings.
