i really need help here fast!

it’s something weird with my halo reach game. it says that i dont have acces and or allowed to use theater, play own maked maps and use file browser. i have called microsoft and talked with them. i have permission to everything and i have xbox live gold. and i can only get 50cR and 50xp or less. please i really need help, i am not banned or something like that. i would be happy if i can get help here, thanks for reading.

Well, you need a Xbox hardrive to use the file browser and taht other stuff.

As for the low cRs, that happens when you connect to live, so you only get the big points in online games. Playing Offline no-longer gets the big points. If you dont play online that much, and still want the points, your best bet is to make another porfile, and stay offline.
