I would just really like to say that I am enjoying Spartan Ops. Watching as well as playing. I can’t wait for the next one.

Spartan Miller Solo Legendary? OMGBBQ! A few missions are really challenging.
Does anybody know that maximum points you can receive in S.O. matchmaking?
A great concept, but the execution has been hit and miss. The first half of Season 1 (1-5) had far too many recycled areas and the cutscenes story didn’t really match up with the missions. Episode 6 and 7 have been promising, but 7 faltered a bit with multiple spaces reused in the four chapters set on the Infinity. Episode 8 looks like it will be going back to some of the areas from Episode 6, so I’m a bit weary.
I liked the cut scenes, high quality CGI for me as good as any in the main campaign.
I also like the NPC interactions during the missions, the various voices you hear providing dialogue/mission instructions etc
I generally think the new missions from chapter 6 are better than the older ones BUT not by that much overall.
My issue as a thread I created is this…
Not the mission designs at all BUT the infinite respawns.
Why did 343 make this the ONLY way to play the missions even in PVT matches.
All you adjust is the difficulty setting that’s it.
No limited lives option, no checkpoints to go back to if team is all killed like the co-op campaign missions.
Without the possibility of defeat I don’t think there is much joy in victory.
That is my ONLY issue with spartan ops as otherwise they are alot of fun.
Personally I like these missions alot more than firefight in both reach + ODST but they had one thing these don’t - OPTIONS.
Even in public matches halo: reach, had firefight with unlimited lives + firefight with limited lives.
The CGI is all that I look forward to in Spartan Ops, just thought I put that out there. Kind of wondering where the story going to go like is it focusing on rescuing Spartan Thorne and Glassman or will they try and locate Halsey.

Yeah I was one of the many that liked the FireFight Limited Playlist, the Lack of failure in each and every Spartan Ops mission is almost astounding I feel Like “Let my team have a failure notice or something during game” like too many resources have been exhausted and such. Its too easy to win/survive in Spartan Ops.
Anyway thats how I feel on the matter of Spartan Ops Gameplay.

Even though some people have said that Spartan Ops isn’t challenging I have to disagree with that, because I find it very challenging on the harder levels.
I still love playing Spartan Ops no matter what the level I’m playing on, but it isn’t often I go higher than normal on it, but that is just me.
