i purchased warzone req bundle on the xbox store and it shows that it is installed and I was charged for it but I have not received any packs yet. I have talked to microsoft and they said I was to contact someone on waypoint but there is no way to contact them. Microsoft tried everything on their end and I even uninstalled it and reinstalled it, anyone else have any ideas on what I can do to make it work. I know they give you 2 packs once a week but I purchased it on Aug 5 and have not received any packs
Is this the first Warzone REQ bundle you have ever purchased or redeemed?
I have had 2 with the codes when I bought the system and the digital copy which both of them worked but this is the first that I bought from the xbox store
The Warzone REQ Bundle is limited to one per account. This was not well communicated in the beginning and there used to be a glitch that allowed people to redeem a code and attempt to purchase a second bundle from the store. 343i said they would honor any duplicate purchases made between October and January.
If your most recent attempt to buy another bundle was made after January 25, you won’t get anything from it.
