I preordered Halo CEA and my powerup rewards expired so will I still get the bonuses if I tell the guy at the register what happened or no because I want to have grunts explode not just with confetti but with plasma

Well, you’ll probably just be demoted to a regular member. And you get your bonuses for pre-ordering no-matter what. So, I wouldn’t sweat it.
