Predicting the predictable isn’t that impressive. I predict tomorrow will be Monday, and Garfield will not be pleased.
Considering that Cortana was supposed to go rampant and become the antagonist in the original Halo it’s not that surprising. Just disappointed that after the brilliant storytelling of H4 that it was discarded in favour of a co-op mechanic.

Hindsight is 20-20, friend.
I figured this was going to happen when you saw Cortana split into a 100 copies
OP you are such a special snowflake aren’t you
you? My precious, so gorgeous.
Eh. Ok. And?

Good for you???

Constructive post is constructive. Thank you for your oh so thoughtful and not at all condescending “comment”.
Though back to the OP, that’s kind of a cool prediction. Though she did hold humanity in contempt for creating her to die, did she not? I vaguely remember some mention of that in the story. It’s interesting to see that you came up with a very similar plot as the game!

Thank you
Well lets be real here, which Sci-Fi setting with powerful A.I. created by humanity didn’t eventually have them turn on humanity? Terminator? Matrix? Warhammer 40k with the Men of Iron? Not saying it’s a bad story to take, but I kinda hoped it would never go in this direction since I first played CE and opened the first book.

i know, right?
But, technically, the story of Halo never was that unique.
This is the standard space marine story that has existed from the start.

Good job, OP.
Ignore the others.
Haters are always going to hate.
I guess grats for being so close to what happened, though I must say I think its a terrible direction to go in. AI rebellion has been done so many times before and it devalues Cortana’s death so much. Halo has more than enough with the insurrection, the elite civil war, the didact, the other remaining forerunners and the flood, that going to “AI turns evil” is nothing short if a crime.
So many pretentious yoinks! on this forum lmao.

You know, anyone can forge a fake quote. You need more evidence than that. Like maybe the link to the forum post you made this prediction.
I’m not calling you a liar, just that you need to give sources for stuff like this.
