Hello!
Im from Austria (Europe) and i have almost collected all collectibles: 100% special weapons and vehicles, 100% Equipment but only 90% of stuff like armor, helmet or weapon skins. So there are still some items that are missing in my collection.
But when I open golden REQ packages, I get twice 3000 REQ points instead of unusual or rare items. I have already opened 15 Gold REQ packages but I always get only REQ Points. This is very frustrating especially because I can not complete my collection.
Whats the Problem?

Do you still get single use REQs, like power weapons (rockets, railguns, plasma guns, etc.)?
Certain permanent items in Halo 5, like particular armors and weapon skins, are specialty items that are separate from the REQ pool. These include premium items like the HCS and pro team stuff, and special unlocks like Achilles armor, or the Olive and Timmy helmets. Some emblems are also only unlocked through SR and commendations. So if you are getting back 6000 RP per gold pack you now purchase, it means you have gotten everything you can from the normal REQ pool, and are only missing these specialty items.
As Chimera30 said, once you start getting REQ points back, you’ve gotten all items from the REQ system. If you haven’t spent the extra money on the Halo Championship REQs, then you won’t have 100%. Then the Achilies Helmet too.
The Emblems are the ones that you will NOT get 100% through REQ points. You have to complete COMMENDATIONS for those.

You’re basically done with the gold packs. Move on to the silvers and bronze. go to your collection and customizations. check what rarity the helmet or armors are and if there shaded with ultra rare, rare or common, silver and bronze packs is going to have the rest. Achilles has to be unlocked by company kill commendations so don’t worry about that in the packs. only weapon skins you have to buy are the Pro Teams and HCS. The rest will be in Silvers.
