what will happen to people who want to do dead bodies in machinimas?
It’s probably just a promethean weapon thing, I wouldn’t get too excited about it.
They probably DO dissolve after a set period of time, to keep the body disappearing thing from being so abrupt.
They only dissolve when killed with certain Promethean weapons.

This. And I’m not sure, but I remember hearing that they had to be killed in a certain way to trigger the dissolution.
