I never received the second email for Steam?

A few days have gone by and I’ve waited for the second email containing the Steam key to come in. I’ve scoured my spam folders and can’t for the life of me find it. I’ve got every other email from Waypoint archived and its all from the same email address so I assumed the Steam email would be from the same one. I even set up a VIP folder on iCloud mail and still no dice, just the first email containing the invitation. Any advice?

An update:

First, I restarted. Then I tried a few other options like downloading the MCC Insider app as well as joining Windows Gaming on the Xbox Insider app, neither work. The MCC Insider app on the Windows store just hangs on the splash screen and never actually starts. Its not in my Steam library either.

It means that you were not selected to participate.

The MCC Insider app should not be used ad the Xbox Insider app is only for those who are in the Windows Store flight. I’m not sure why your steam key hasn’t been sent I’m afraid

Incorrect, I was certainly invited and I’d more than happily give proof to actual 343i employees.

Is there a specific email address I should filter for? That’s what I did with all previous invites throughout the year. The filter worked for even the first email I got two days ago.

The email should have come from noreply [at] halowaypoint [dot] com

Ah, then yes that’s the email address I used. The text reads as this:

“Hello Spartans and welcome to flight three for Halo: The Master Chief Collection on PC! This mail is your invitation to the third flight for Halo: Reach on PC via Steam and includes important information you need to know – please take a moment to read through this email carefully. A second email will follow that will include your Steam key and specific instructions to access and install the Halo: Reach flight build. Once the flight has concluded, a survey may be sent to gather your thoughts and feedback on this experience. Thank you for your participation and we look forward to seeing you online”

Thanks for the help though.

Does it say Steam version or Microsoft Store version ?
