I need training. Looking for a mentor

I’ve been playing halo 4 for sometime now and I come to the realization that I am not very good of a player… I would say that I am below average at best. I lost every 1v1 I have ever played and I end up in 7th place in almost every FFA or slayer match I play. 8/10 matches I will go negative or barely break even.

I’m looking for someone or even a group of skilled individuals to willing to help me better my playing ability. Where it be a clan or a few lone wolfs, it doesn’t matter.

I have spent many hours trying to refine my skills in custom games analyzing grenade placements, strafing, jumps and my accuracy skills but to no avail. I have consistently been outplayed by people that I feel I should have beaten and it’s frustrating me to a high degree. I have done nearly everything to try to adjust. Changed controller layout, sensitivity, connection speed, playing with friends, playing solo, spartan ops, campaign. It doesn’t matter.

I feel that I have plateaued and I need assistance in playing consistent better. I have yet to get a 50csr in any playlist… Even big team

I can try to help but Im only on for a little bit. Im not the best, with a KD of 1.6 so I must be doing something right. If you’re willing to join me then I will be on today from 2:00pm - 5:00pm today.

ii can train/mentor you in Reach. I’ve trained and made so many Good Soldiers what they are today. in 4, ill see what ii can do…but im all in for Reach if you want a real Training Officer that makes Elite Soldiers & Leaders.
