I need to speak to someone from 343 industries about an issue with a pre paid code, I’ve spoke to Microsoft and they’ve told me to contact 343 directly but couldn’t find a way to contact them and neither can I… any ideas?

I accidently scratched the code off so I can’t claim my limited edition rewards
i need to contact 343 for banning me for killing a teammate by accident, didn’t do it on purpose and now im banned because of a new game mode griffinball…
I got banned for repeatedly quitting game but I don’t quit the game I wait for a game to finish before I exit

Ah, I’m not sure there is much 343 can do about that I’m afraid. You could possibly contact the retailer that you purchased the game from, but they may not help as the dame itself was done by you and not something that happened by 343 / the game store.
