I am tired of being killed way too much on Halo 4. I want to get Killing Sprees without the use of vehicles. If you can give me some tips on how to get Killing Sprees more often (I only get them very rarely)that would be awesome. If you could give me tips for each individual map that would be awesome as well!!

Stay back, but DO NOT CAMP. Move to a spot that is close to the fighting.
I usually stay back with the Sniper, and once i’m empty, I head up front with the DMR.
Agreed, sharpen your headshot aim and use the right weapons for the situation.
For far away targets: DMR - Snipe - Binary
For mid and close range: BR - Scattershot - AR - Grenades
Your best tool of destruction is always going to be your situational awareness though.
Run away from every fair fight and either attack from a different angle or come back with reinforcements.

Usually if I want to stay away from death, I will just stay with my team and my teammates will take out the enemies shields and I will headshot them with a DMR.
Basically as others have said - sit back with the sniper /DMR. Try to avoid pushing or chasing enemies and just clean up kills/ put shots on players.
Aim, Strafe, and positioning.
Have boltshot as a secondary and keep moving in the map. Do not go out in the open though.
I’d be qualified to give advice, since I have more frenzies and probably riots than you can count on your fingers and toes, but when I think of it, I can’t really explain what I do beyond sneaking and stuff.
The best way to learn is to watch gameplay. You should look for gameplays of big sprees. Heck, ask me for some of my footage and I’ll put it up for ya, if you want.

This is one method and has worked for me.
But, I can get killing frenzies with the use of the the shot gun only; Fuel Rod Cannon only; DMR only; AR only; beat downs/assassinations/ only and so on…the key is to know when and where to use the particular weapon and play smart! I miss the weapon spree medals!
Focus on getting better at the game and spree will just come naturally.
Snipers.
Also the Fuel rod is very useful, special in the Exile caves and the longbow mid building.

Play BTB, get the Gunner support upgrade, use the Requisition or Mobility tactical package, play on a map with Mounted Turrets and a good amount of cover, like Exile, go crazy.
Use the Gunner mod to move faster while carrying the Turret, and never go too far out of cover unless its safe. Mobility will make it so you can get to a Turret faster, but you might not need it because the Turrets respawn every 30 seconds.
I perfer to use Requisition because I only use personal ordinance for the power ups, which work with Mounted Turrets. Ever use a Turret with Damage Boost? Yeah. Godlike.

Hmmm…the old"mine is bigger than yours" theme. I have more than you! But, that isn’t saying much when there is a dude (legit) that has literally thousands of frenzies, thousands of running riots and so on! In that regard, you and I are actually noobs!

Never rush in.
Keep a safe distance.
Stay close to your teammates.
Play defensively, get behind cover before your shields drop.
Use the Support Upgrade, Explosives.
Don’t chase an enemy if he runs to an area with his team.
Don’t sprint around corners.
Use Promethean Vision to check for enemies before turning corners.
Don’t use Automatic Weapons. I’d use DMR or BR if I were you.
Those are pretty general tips.
You’ll need a DMR.
