I made this account just to try to get in contact with 343’s customer support (if it even exists). I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service. I can not find an email or phone number to contact you directly about an issue that Microsoft can not fix. I’ve tried Xbox customer support and got nowhere.
I keep getting banned from MP matchmaking for “quitting games”. But I have NOT QUIT ANY GAMES. It just keeps lagging me out and I get a red screen that says “fire team changed. Returning to main menu”. I’m so sick of this BS. It will even happen when I’m not in an actual game. I could be at the REQ menu and it still gives me the red screen. Even in an offline custom game. I don’t deserve to be banned. My internet connection is fine. It is an internal problem with the game servers and now I’m suffering for it.
I refuse to play this game anymore and I will NEVER support 343 again in my life if you guys don’t contact me directly ASAP. I need this issue fixed NOW, please. My direct email is <mark>email removed by moderator</mark>
You can make demands, but that probably isn’t going to get anybody from 343 to respond to you. Frankly, I know the servers can be squirrelly, but it still could be your connection even if you don’t think it is. Run some connection tests on your Xbox to make sure. You did have two DNFs in your recent game history, but I doubt that’s enough to trigger a ban.
Try the support thread. If you can, go wired, this game is not optimal on Wi-Fi.

Definitely try wired. I went wired almost 2 weeks ago and I haven’t had a whole lot of problems other than having to quit the build every now and then to get my req points to update.
Wired is the way to go.
If you do have wifi move your Xbox in the open.
Op follow the advice from what was stated above. If you still have problems come back and post and we can see what else could be wrong. Sorry but I don’t think you will get a one on one with 343i. We have all been there. Good luck!
