I solved my own issue shortly after posting this thread. If a mod could lock that would be great :).
I’ll see you guys on Halo in 40 hours! I have to wait 40 hours for my IP lease to expire on a device I no longer have access to, in order to gain my open NAT status back on Xbox. I cannot forcibly release the IP since I no longer have a working computer that can connect to the router. I tried manually resetting the router, and that did not release the IP. So I will just have to wait it out until it expires!

Thank you for the reply. I actually found the answer to my own question after about 15+ different google searches lol.
So I discovered that IP leases expire. I found a site that can check when a particular lease expires on my network. The IP that I need for my Xbox, that is locked on my broken desktop will expire on 2400 minutes. So it looks like I just won’t be able to game for 40 hours, since I have no access to my router since my only computer is broken. I edited OP to prevent others from posting. Thanks for the help!
