I just finished my silver packs the other day and beginning the gold grind is so tempting to buy the $100 worth of gold packs and be done with it. But I haven’t spent any money on REQs so far and I need you guys to talk me off the ledge! I mean I could pay a $100 and probably have the H2 BR, the Hannibal Scorpion, a cool assassination, etc. I mean, I’d be crazy not to pay $100, right? Right?

It’s your money… me personally I would grind as many firefight packs as you can, then sell all of my reqs and buy gold packs with that. Since your done with silvers, and firefight gives ou silvers and gold. Every silver pack you get from firefight is a free 3000 points.
Well at this point if you just finished silver’s I am not 100% sure one of those $99 gold pack bundles will finish all the reqs left… it would also depend on a couple of factors… #1 being your financial situation. Is $99 A LOT of money to you? Will spending that money cause you to be late paying any real bills or effective your or some one else’s quality of life? #2 do you care about “earning” the points to “earn” the reqs? If no then go for it. I did. But I am pretty well off financially so $99 isn’t bank breaking. But I was also little drunk at the time and really really wanted my H2BR for warzone…
You really think the $100 pack would have you done with golds? Haha, riiiiight. Buy about $600 worth and maybe you’ll be done.

Yeah, with my luck I’d pay $100 and just get helmets! That would make me so sad.
The $99 bundle will give you about 94 unlocks but you will probably be able to get a few more packs depending on how many reqs you sell back. But I am not sure how many gold level reqs there are.
You can buy 3 decent bottles of bourbon with 100 dollars. Just get those and drink until wz is fun. Probably more effective, too.

I’m not really getting much from FF. I did for the first 3 or 4 games, but not anymore.

I think there’s way more than that, actually. I don’t even want to count them it’d depress me.

Yeah luckily I bought mine early on when there was less reqs. What stinks is you could spend that $99 and not necessarily get what you want

I recommend to most just be patient. Play and open packs. Paying to skip the grind is nice but not really necessary. Only pay if you have money to pretty much burn. 
Nah bruv, save the money for something important.
You shouldn’t have to spend more money on a game then it’s worth just to unlock things ingame. If halo 5 were a totally free to play game, that would be a different story.

Take a moment, call your SO, take that person out to dinner. Enjoy the night and get a lot more out of that 100 then you would if you bought gold packs.If we end up in wz together I’ll spawn you an h2 br
Best thing to do know…
Do not think about getting gold packs… this way you are not playing but grinding… play for fun and you will never know when you will complete golds… I personally play for fun and before I could realize I am already done with silver and halfway through gold packs…
So have fun and snag up the gold packs spartan!!!
If you haven’t bought the bundles, those are good. $25 for 14 packs (x3 = 42 REQs) over 7 weeks.
