I have requested Microsoft to make a email change to my account because I nolonger have the one i used to create this account. I don’t see an option to do it my self so how does that get done?

I tried contacting support but idk what to do on my end. My email say’s pending but i didn’t get a verification email. that’s why i’m conserned.
