Apparently MS has tightened up the censor so it is acting a bit bugging at the moment for a lot of people. I would suggest contacting Xbox Support.
I’ve heard of this issue. Tweet your issue to Xbox Support if you have a twitter account. Good luck! I hope they can help you resolve your issue! They are pretty good at helping out.
