I NEED HELP WITH SPECIALIZATIONS

Basically I have the specializations codes 3 of them with my game as I pre-oredered the console wayyy before the 20th of november oroctober or whatever the date was.

I entered the codes in a while ago, I reached level 50 and am only being offered WETWORK and OPERATOR.

I want neither I want to has my PIONEER

Any halps??
