Ok I have tried to play online but when the countdown is done it kicks me from the game back into the loading screen and then when I try to play custom games it always says that I don’t have the downloadable content even on maps that u dont need to download. Someone pls help I am really confused on what to do.
And sry my gamertag is cobra93stang but I could only get on my dads account
Sounds like your disc might be scratched to the point where your Xbox can’t read the maps.
Check to see if it is. If so I would try cleaning it first and if that doesn’t work you can try to see if any kind of store that sells movies or games might be able to clean it. If those don’t work you might need to buy another copy of the game.

As l RyanW l has stated, this is likely because the disc is scratched to the point where it cannot read maps. Try cleaning the disc and installing it to your hard drive. If it successfully installs, then you shouldn’t need to worry about the disc causing problems again.
