Hello my Clans name is Radiation Killers we have a very successful division in MW3 But my halo division fell apart because of a rebellion. So here is what i am asking of ANYONE that includes other clans. I am in need of help I have everything set up but I need members. If you can offer any help like advice new recruits alliances etc please Post. If I cant get any help my clan will fall so there will be one less clan out there In this community. Our dream is to make the community grow is it not. If you can help in any way what so ever please contact me in what ever way you can think of (I will not be morphing with any other clans though that’s the only thing I don’t want any other mean of help will be considered and accepted). Well how many members does your clan have? How often do you play halo and how often mw3?
We Have 30+ members in MW3 and 0 in halo (huge rebellion in halo division) And i have already tried going on multiplayer and really i had very few results and i am very active on both games (only during Friday-Sunday.)

I’m a firm believer in there being room for any Halo community that wants to be a Halo community. Folks will always go where they like, and we can all have members.
Make sure you establish one recruiting thread for your group in here, make sure it’s just one, and read the forum rules regarding bumping.
Also, advertise in the classifieds on Bungie.net . They allow you to keep one ad on the front page. As soon as your ad falls back to page 2, you can put a new ad back on page 1.
You can advertise on the XBox forums too, there’s a forum for clan recruitment there.
If you’re hosted on Enjin, be sure to use the recruitment thread there too.
Something else that will help you is getting a Face Book, Twitter, and Google Plus for your group, and post Halo news, info. about your clan on it, etc.

I’ve read your post and one thing stood out. The fact that there is a rebellion in your halo faction. CoD and Halo are different games entirely. You need that strong base in your clan that will be with you no matter what. You may need some more people to help you lead in the halo and cod parts of your group to keep things going.
If people are rebelling you may need to let them go. In the long run it makes your clan stronger in terms of its base. Hopefully what I’m coming out with makes sense. No clan is ever perfect but hey we can try ;).

How are you pete?
Most important rule of a clan is to stay active, get on halo tell your members to get on halo and play games. Get bored of multiplayer? Then play some forge games or campaign. Never let people “wander” off. If they want to play other games fine but keep reminding them of the experiences they are missing on halo.
DxM Scotty MxD yea that might have been part of the problem so if i do get some members soon ill use your advise. And, Pete2DSM2 Yea i figured that out in my cod clan i need a good co-leader and i found one for my cod division that why we are so successful. But by the time i figured that out half my halo division left and the rest just sent me a complaint message and left at that very moment so I never had a chance to find someone. Thanks for the advice.
